Use alcohol or disinfectant wipes to sanitize your work area, including counters, telephones and computer keyboard.

Keep a supply of tissues with you and use them to cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze. Don't have them with you? Bend your arm across your face and cough or sneeze into your elbow. Remember, the germs you catch in your bare hand will be passed on to anything else you touch.

Be responsible and use good judgment in evaluating whether or not you should volunteer if you are not feeling well. If in doubt, itís best to stay home.
