Diabetes (day)
Description: Designed for people who do not like to be out in the evening. Every other month the American Diabetes Association provides a speaker as a part of the Metropolitan Patient Education Committee. Alternate months are for discussions and topics of interest to the participants. Everyone is welcome and there is no charge.

Diabetes (evening)
Description: Designed primarily to deal with the issues of diabetes. Everyone with diabetes or who supports someone with diabetes is welcome. Format is usually a speaker and group interactive time for about one hour. There is no charge except for the picnic in July and the Holiday Party in December at which time a meal is served.
